The key to long-term success with your clients is your self awareness. Before you can develop a strong sustainable relationship with your clients, or even those nearest and dearest to you, you need to be aware of your personality, your strengths and values.

In our introductory ASPIRE program, we use the Hogan Personality profiling system. A globally recognised system, Hogan’s science of personality measures how we relate to others when we are at our best – and what happens when we become stressed. With an accredited coach as a guide, you complete an online questionnaire that provides an evidence based diagnostic tool for understanding your personality and drivers.  This program is suitable for
